FRANCOIS DIARIES,JOURNEY TO BREAK THE 8
The NPP has a great task, as we prepare to break the known 8 year rule by the two dominant parties in 2024.
As the Regional Organizer for the party in it’s stronghold, the greater task behoves on my good self in ensuring this historic feat is chalked. In view of this, there is the need to intensify our rebuilding processes as initiated by the National Party.
Yesterday, I joined the Hon Member of Parliament for Asokwa Constituency, Mrs. Patricia Appiagyei at Pentecost Church for her thanksgiving service after the general elections.
From there, I joined the family of the late Alhaji Akwasi Yeboah, former NPP Ashanti Regional Organizer and former M.C.E for Kwabre East in the Manhyia South Constituency to commiserate with them as they bid farewell for their beloved one.
My next stop was at the Ahafo Ano South-West Constituency, where the various Youth Wings in the constituency were celebrating their three years anniversary. I took advantage of the gathering to admonish all party faithfuls present, to remain resolute in our quest to break the 8. They were again, enlightened on the party’s time table for the internal elections.
From Ahafo Ano South-West, I made a stop over at Apire in the Kwadaso Constituency where the MP, Dr. Kingsley Nyarko and the M.C.E for Kwadaso Municapility had met his constituents for a town Hall meeting.
Finally, the day’s activities came to an end at True Vine Hotel where I joined the party’s General Secretary, John Boadu, the Ashanti Regional Secretary, Mr. Samuel Pyne, the Ashanti Regional Communications Director, and Dr. Kwasi Kyei for a meeting with the communicators in the Ashanti Region.
